Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel a project within 3 days of contract signing, provided that work has not yet commenced.
• Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and applicable charges may be deducted for work already completed.
• Retainer-based services (e.g., monthly social media management, SEO, or performance marketing) require a 30-days prior notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already delivered.
• Partial refunds may be considered for services that have not yet commenced, subject to review.
• Payments for third-party tools, software, or subscriptions (e.g., ad spends, hosting, plugins) are non-refundable as these are directly paid to vendors.
• In case of any disputes regarding service quality, we encourage clients to reach out, and we will work towards a resolution.
